of filmmaking professionals to discuss high-end filmmaking technique.

User Group Rules
Hollywood Camera Work User Group is a community for dedicated and professional
artists and craftspeople in the filmmaking industry. This is a serious and focused
forum that is not open to the public, and everyone is expected to be on their
best behavior and to communicate respectfully and constructively. This is also
not an anonymous forum, and all participants are accountable for their actions.
These rules allow us to keep a safe haven where people can express themselves,
discuss production issues or just ask plain dumb questions safely and without
fear of judgment or embarrassment. WE ASK THAT
EVERYONE SIGN UP USING THEIR REAL NAME AS USERNAME, and exceptions
to this will only be made in cases of unusually high name recognition (to be
determined by administrators on an individual basis).
Members are responsible for all their actions and words uttered, and may not
engage in libellious, obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful or threatening
speech, copyright infringing postings, or any other speech or behavior in violation
of any laws. Although the administrators and moderators of [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] will attempt
to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to
review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither
the owners of [ARG:2 UNDEFINED], nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will
be held responsible for the content of any message. In case of a subpoena or
warrant to reveal a user's identity, we will comply with law enforcement.
As membership is given without charge, membership and thread-reading/posting
is a priviledge, not a right, and the owners/administrators of [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] reserve the
right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason, and to ban any
member deemed not in compliance with above rules, or who is considered a disruptive
influence, to be determined at the sole discretion of the owners/administrators.
Membership is non-transferable, and is given only to original purchasers.
If the sections of the forum that allow you to exchange personal information
and/or work on other people's projects are used, you must exercise all due caution
you otherwise would arranging a meeting with someone over the internet. As stated
above, there is no anonymity on this forum, at least to the extent that we possess
identity information through orders placed, but Hollywood Camera Work is not
able to absolutely guarantee the character of each single member, and can not
be held liable for any outcome as a result of meeting through this forum.
