We take fraud prevention extremely seriously, and verify all orders. We therefore may hold your order for review for one of the following reasons:

• Shipping / Billing Mismatch -- especially orders Shipping / Billing to different countries will get extensive review.
• Orders that get a high Fraud Score in our system.

We are extremely fast, though! If your order is held for review, we'll do our absolutely best to get it verified before shipping cutoff, so that your order is not delayed. Please make sure to check your email and your phone if we need to contact you.

NOTE: This only applies to CREDIT CARD orders. PAYPAL orders are automatically exempt, because verification is done by PayPal and is their responsibility.

The vast majority of orders are processed in real-time, and you'll get your shipping-notice 5 minutes after placing the order.

But we require Photo ID for the following types of orders:

• Orders to the following countries or regions: Ukraine, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Romania, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Israel, Africa, South America.
• Orders that we don't trust — see the other box to the left.

If this applies to you, simply place the order and pay using using Credit Card. Your card gets charged immediately, but the order gets placed on hold until you use our Secure Upload page to upload a scan or photo of your Driver's License and the front of your Credit Card — which are deleted immediately after verification. We'll then release the order for shipping ASAP.

All instructions will be provided after checkout, you don't have to worry about anything now.
