Restrictions:

• We only accept Purchase Orders (PO) from accredited schools in the US and Canada.
• If you are a mainstream institution in another country, we may consider allowing a PO. Please contact us.
• You may need a Public Performance License. See Public Performance Licensing below.

Submitting the Purchase Order:

• We require an email address in order to process the PO. Order Confirmation and Tracking Number(s) will also be sent to this email address.
• Processing of the PO is much faster if you fax it to us at 702 924 0431.
• Alternatively, you can mail the PO to Hollywood Camera Work LLC, 3651 Lindell Road, Suite D-106, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
• If you are located in Nevada, the Clark County Sales Tax of 8.10% will be applied.
• There is no Sales Tax for delivery to other states.
• Shipping will be approximately $8 for FedEx Ground. Please specify if you require 2-Day or Overnight shipping. Shipping is billed at cost.

Paying the Purchase Order:

• We will mail a separate invoice to your billing contact.
• Payment is 30 days Net.
• Payment must be in US Dollars.
• Payment must be made by check to Hollywood Camera Work LLC, ATTN: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, 3651 Lindell Road, Suite D-106, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
• DO NOT send checks to our Order Fulfillment company on W. Cheyenne Ave, as they are unable to receive it on our behalf.
• You can also pay via credit card by calling us at 702 425 5686 option 1.

Public Performance License Requirements:

• Institutions of higher learning need a Public Performance License (PPL) to use the DVDs substantially in class (casual use up to a half hour is considered Fair Use and does not require a PPL).
• K-12s, Community Colleges and schools that don't charge tuition are exempt from needing a PPL.
• You are not required to order a PPL right away, and may purchase the DVD set(s) and the PPL separately.
• Please inform teachers if you have not purchased a PPL (i.e. attach a sticker to the DVD cases).
• PPLs cover all our DVD sets, and come in two forms, a Single Teacher License ($150) which covers a single teacher, and a Schoolwide License ($250), which covers any number of teachers. A license is perpetual and upgradeable.
• A PPL does not include a DVD set.
• A PPL is for face to face teaching, and does not allow you to broadcast, copy, or otherwise distribute HCW materials.
