WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

FedEx for US and International, USPS (United States Postal Service) for International orders. We have no way to ship with other carriers, such as UPS.

WHICH SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU RECOMMEND?

For US orders, you can only select FedEx (from Ground to First Overnight). Southern California customers should always order FedEx Ground, because it’s overnight by default. If you order FedEx 2-Day, FedEx actually take two days!

For International orders, FedEx International Priority is extremely fast, 2 days to most of the world. USPS Express Mail International is billed as 3-5 days, although we’ve seen it be both slower and faster. USPS Priority Mail International is a low-budget shipping method that can be surprisingly fast, or stunningly slow, and we don’t recommend this method unless you really don’t care when you get the package.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP?

Every 5 minutes! We use an order fulfillment company in N. Las Vegas that is unbelievably fast, and you’ll often get your “Now Shipping” email shortly after placing the order. We don’t ship on weekends. The cutoff for FedEx orders is usually about 3 PM, but we keep shipping until the driver arrives, sometimes around 5 PM. The cutoff for USPS International orders is typically 1 PM, because the driver gets there much earlier.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS WHEN I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

You might. With FedEx International Priority, you're 100% guaranteed to have to pay customs. With USPS, it's generally about 50/50, although some European countries have gotten very aggressive. Consider getting the Download Version if you want to avoid customs.

CAN YOU LABEL AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER AS A GIFT WITH A VALUE OF $20?

Sorry, we can't, people get busted for it. We label the packages 'Documentation / Training Materials', and it seems to help some orders get through customs without processing. Some people have also said that the Envelope Versions don't get processed as much with customs. But if you're worried about customs, consider buying the Download Version.

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

If your package is truly lost, we'll ship you a new one. However, please know that some shipping methods, especially USPS Express Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International don't offer delivery *guarantees*, only *estimates*. Even though Priority Mail International is billed as 7-10 days, we've seen it take between 5 and 45 days. We will only reship once we're fully satisfied that the package is in truth lost.
