WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Limited Warranty

All Hollywood Camera Work products are warranted against defects in materials, media, workmanship or DOAs (dead on arrival) for ninety (90) days from date of purchase. During the warranty period, Hollywood Camera Work will repair, or at its option replace at no charge, components that prove to be defective. The product must be returned, shipping prepaid, to Hollywood Camera Work. This limited warranty does not apply if the product is damaged by accident or misuse. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness, or adequacy for any particular purpose or use. Hollywood Camera Work shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages whether in contract, tort, or otherwise resulting from the use of or the inability to use the product. The remedies provided herein are customer’s sole and exclusive remedies. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable. Warranty is non-transferable.

Obtaining Warranty Service

Product replacement must be authorized by Hollywood Camera Work. If such is authorized, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be provided, upon which you must send product shipping cost prepaid, and clearly label the package “Warranty Service”. RMAs are valid 14 days from issuance. Hollywood Camera Work will ship replacement at no charge, and will label the package as “Warranty Replacement”, but is not liable for any duties and taxes imposed by the port of recipient's country.

Return Policy
